Colonel Theresa C. Carter, USAF, Director of Installations & Mission Support, presented Blair Remy with three 2009 Air Mobility Command Design Awards. Projects awarded are, as follows: SOCCENT, COCOM, and JCSE facilities. In the congratulatory letter, Colonel Carter states, "Your design project exemplifies our (USAF) continuing focus on quality facilities and work environments for our people. Thanks to all for the great work that went into winning this well-deserved honor."
