Each new project is coordinated through the Project Principal working in concert with the Project Manager who then becomes responsible for client liaison, design, scheduling, and budgeting. The Project Manager attends all Customer/User meetings and is available to answer questions and respond to Customer needs at all times. With the assistance of the Project Architect, who is also assigned for the life of the project, this system provides a truly exceptional level of personal service, design excellence, and responsiveness to schedules and budgets.
