Construction Cost: US $11,700,000

This project was part of a three phase rehabilitation and expansion program at The University of Oklahoma's main campus. Working for DDG and The Benham Group, Blair and Remy completed design phase work that includes 141,000 SF of student, public, and administrative spaces with detailing that acknowledges the historical aspect of the "prairie gothic" facility positioned in the heart of the OU campus. Two additions: one building for student activities and dining, Anderson Room, provides an entry portal accessed from the North Oval; and the second, a Student Leadership Center, is a three story structure designed to nestle into a new west plaza; thus, creating a home for student government.
